摘要
参枳冻干注射剂(SZLP)静注0.4d～0.8mg/kg对粘质沙雷氏菌内毒素所致内毒素休克大可显著增高血压、左室内压、心肌收缩力和CI,增加CO、SV、BBF、HR和TPR,其使收缩压增加的作用比舒张压明显。这表明SZLP具有显著的强心和抗休克作用。
Shen-Zhi lyophilized powder for injection (SZLP) consists ofginseng saponins extracted from Panax ginseng, synephrine and N-methyltyra-mine extracted from Citrus aurantium L. In anesthetized dogs, SZIP at 0.2～0.8mg/kg iv increased significantly SAP, DAP, LVP, dp/dt_(max), V_(pm) and reducedt-dp/dt_(max). In dogs with endotoxin shock produced by iv Serratia marcescenslipopolysaccharide after iv SZLP 0.4～0.8 mg/kg, SAP, DAP, MAP, LVP,dp/dt_(max), V_(pm) and CI increased significantly. These results indicated that SZLPpossessed both positive inotropic and pressor effects.
