摘要
目前,很多图书馆都建立了学科馆员制度,但成效并不尽如人意。文章在分析学科馆员工作的发展瓶颈成因的基础上,提出从正确解读学科馆员制度、制定合理可行的工作职责和建立有效的激励机制三个方面入手,优化学科馆员管理制度,推进学科馆员工作。
Nowadays many libraries have built subject librarian system, but not all results are per- feet. On the basis of analyzing the causes of development bottleneck, the paper puts forward coun- termeasures of optimizing subject librarian management system, so as to promote subject librarian work as follows: understanding subject librarian system correctly, setting up feasible job duty and establishing incentive mechanism
