摘要
针对煤矿井下支护壁施工等场合需要将混凝土快速搅拌后迅速输送至作业点的需求,分析了现有设备的不足,提供一种基于卧式混凝土搅拌、压缩空气输送相结合的原理研制的,能够实现混凝土搅拌、输送的HSJ-1型混凝土搅拌输送机。介绍了其主要技术参数、工作原理、结构、设计特点以及应用情况。
In response to the request of concrete being mixed quickly and conveyed to operation sites immediately at construction sites of supporting walls in underground collieries, the shortcomings of current equipments were analyzed, and a kind of HSJ-1 concrete mixer conveyor was offered. It was developed based on combining principle of horizontal concrete mixture and compressed air conveyance, and could realize mixture and conveyance of concrete. Moreover, main technical parameters, working principle, structure, design features and application of the mixer conveyor were introduced.
