摘要 目前橡胶胶片生产线上的宽度测量系统大都是以PC机或DSP+FPGA作为核心的,成本较高,软硬件的设计也比较复杂。为了简化设计、节约成本,设计了一种基于嵌入式的橡胶胶片宽度测量系统。系统以S3C2440微处理器和Linux操作系统为核心,USB摄像头作为图像采集模块,对采集的图像进行噪声滤波、边缘检测、特征提取和宽度计算等处理,实时测量生产线上橡胶胶片的宽度。研究结果表明,系统具有测量精度高、成本低、可移植性强等优点。 At present the width measurement system of rubber film production line mostly used the PC or DSP + FPAG as the core, and its hardware and software design is complexity with the advantage of high cost. In order to simplify the design and reduce the cost, a design of rubber film width measurement system based on embedded was proposed. S3C2440 microcontroller and Linux operating system was used as the core of the system, and the USB camera was used as the image acquisition module. Through the processing of noise filtering, edge detection, feature extraction and width of the calculation to the images, the system real-time meas- ures the width of the rubber film of the production line. Research results show that the system has the advantages of high accuracy, low cost, strong and portability.
