摘要
介绍一种新型的针对炼镁熔炉的自动监控系统,系统以PLC作为控制主机,利用串行总线从智能温度模块、真空计等采集数据,自动控制600 kW大功率直流加热电源的功率、多路高温电磁阀门的开关5、0 kW真空机、进出料机构等机械设备。计算机通过RS-232总线实现远程监测与控制,设定运行参数与实现自动工艺编程及其优化。
This paper introduced an automatic monitoring system of magnesium smelting furnace. The system took PLC as the control host, collected data from the temperature module and vacuum gauge. It automaticlly controls the 600 kW DC power supply, the high temperature electromagnetic valve opening size of heating furnace body parts,50 kW vacuum machine and out of the feeding mechanism. The computer used the RS - 232 bus to realize remote monitoring and control, set the operation parameters and realize the automatic progra mining technology and its optimization.
