摘要
针对铁道部关于信号电源屏相关技术条件中悬浮和隔离供电、雷电防护单元中断路器或熔断器应用、三相交流转辙机电源错相等问题的规定存在不适应或不明确的方面进行探讨。
The paper discusses some inappropriate or unspecified aspects of regulations released by the Ministry of Railways in the technical conditions relating to signal power supply panels regarding floating and isolated power supply, circuit breaker or fuse application in lightning protection units, as well as power supply phase fault of three-phase AC switch machines.
