摘要
通过分析以太网应用环境中ESD、CDE和浪涌的产生原因及其干扰特点,比较常用防护器件的特点,设计一种以太网接口的ESD/浪涌保护电路。
The paper introduces the development of a kind of ESD/surge protection circuit for the Ethernet interface through analyzing causes and interference characteristics of the ESD, CDE and surge at Ethernet environment and comparing the characteristics of commonly used protective devices.
