摘要
目的探讨对胃癌手术患者按照护理路径实施护理的临床效果。方法将94例接受胃癌根治切除术患者随机分为观察组(51例)和对照组(43例)。观察组术后按照护理路径实施护理,对照组给予一般常规护理。比较两组患者术后恢复时间和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者术后肛门排气时间和住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.01);同时,观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者术后按照护理路径护理可显著缩短患者恢复时间,减少术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the nursing efficacy of high quality nursing to postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods Ninety-four patients with gastric cancer who received radical resection for carcinoma of stomach were randomly divided into observation group （51 patients） that were given high quality nursing and control group （43 patients） that were given routine nursing. The coincidnece time and complications of the patients in both groups were compared.Results The time of passage of gas by anus and length of stay for the post-operation patients in the observation group was less than that of the control group（P0.01）;Meanwhile, The postoperative complications incidence of the patients in the observation group were lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing to the postoperative patients with gastric cancer which can significantly shorten the postoperative recovery time and reduce the postoperative complications is worth apllication.
