摘要
以 3 0 %HRP注入 5只家兔颈前神经节 ,在 C1 -T2 脊神经节、迷走神经结状节、颈静脉神经节、舌咽神经近节和远节以及三叉神经节均出现标记细胞。以舌咽神经远节最多 ,占 4 2 .55%;C1 -T2 脊神经节次之 ,占3 4 .1 9%;其余各神经节标记细胞均在 1 0 %以下。标记细胞均以中小型细胞为主。5例均未见膝神经节。结果表明 ,投射至颈前神经节的感觉纤维来源广泛 ,为“以交感神经节为中心的中枢外短反射环路”
The origin of the sensory terminal projecting to cranial cervical ganglion (CCG) was studied by HRP trace method in 5 rabbits .The results showed that the labelled cells were observed in the spinal ganglion of the C 1 T 2,proximal and distal ganglion of the Vagus(Ⅹ),proximal and distal ganglion of the glossopharyngeal(Ⅸ) and trigeminal ganglion.The labelled cells mainly located in distal ganglion of glossopharyngeal nerve(42.55%).And it covered 34.19% of the spinal ganglion of the C 1 T 2.The labelled cells in the other ganglion were less 10%.Most of the labelled cells were of medium-small size. The result suggested that the sensory fibers projecting to CCG come from many aspects, and provides a new morphologic evidence for the extracentral reflex arc with CCG as a center.
