摘要
本文分析了刺槐Robinia pseudoacacia L.和樟子松Pinus sylvestris L.种子的成分组成。结果表明,贮藏物质的种类和数量随树种不同而变化,并且同一种子的不同部位其含量也有差异;刺槐和樟子松种子分别以含蛋白质和脂肪为主;刺槐和樟子松种子含有较高的维生素E(V_E),其次为维生素A(V_A)。总之,刺槐和樟子松种子内含物非常丰富,加工后,可做为饲料和工业原料,并对医药也有一定的参考价值。
This paper focused on the analysis of composition of Pinus sylve-stris L. and Robinia pseudoacacia L. Seeds. The emphasis was placed on the availability of the seeds in industry, animal husbandry and so on. The result showed that catalogies and quatities of the same seed from various parts of the seed, major materials in Pinus sylvestris and Robinia pseudoacaci are oil-fats and protein respectively. Moreover, the seeds contain more Vitamine E and Vitamine A respectively.
