摘要
教学与服务是高职院校教师职业发展的两大支点。由于现行激励机制缺位以及观念上的偏差,高职院校教师实践能力不强,制约了其社会服务能力的发展。因此,开放式高职院校教师教育体制的建立和激励机制合理有效地采取、改变教师观念,树立教师“自我更新”的专业发展意识,是提升高职院校教师的社会服务能力的有效途径。
Teaching and service in higher vocational colleges is teacher professional development of two great support. As a result of the present incentive mechanism and the concept of the absence of the deviation, the high vocational school college teachers' practical ability is not strong restricting its social service ability's development. Therefore, higher vocational col- leges education teachers open the establishment of such a system and incentive mechanism reasonable and effective take, change the idea, set up the teachers "self-renewal" professional development consciousness, is to promote higher vocational college teachers' social service ability of the effective way.
