摘要
本文根据技工院校的培养目标及特点，初步探讨了产学训相结合的办学模式，通过实施校企合作的一些经验，总结并提出了对学生进行有效管理的办法；阐述了实行校企合作，力求实现“三赢”的主要思路。
In this paper, according to the mechanic training objectives and characteristics of the institutions, explore a com- bination of industry-school-training school mode, through the implementation of some of the experiences of the school-en- terprise cooperation, summarized and proposed approach to effective management of students; elaborate cooperate with en- terprise, and strive to achieve ＂win-win-win＂ idea.
