摘要
目的探讨临时起搏器在安装过程中的注意事项以及相关并发症的处理。方法对本院安装临时起搏器16例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,结合文献总结安装过程中的一些技巧以及方法、同时对相关并发症做分析。结果本次安置起搏器共发生并发症为2例,一例为穿刺部位血肿,另一例为电极脱位(主要表现为心电图改变和起搏不良)。结论临时起搏器是一项简单的手术操作,但医师们需要对安置过程中的每一个细节都不能忽视,另外对于相关并发症,应早发现、早处理。
Objective Investigate the matters about needing attention during the installation process and treatment of complications. Methods 16 cases of patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital, summarized the installation process of some skills and methods, at the same time analysis the complications related. Results Placement of the pacemaker complication had occurred in 2 cases, one case was a puncture site had hematoma, the other case was dislocation of electrode （mainly for the changes of elec- trocardiogram and pacing bad）. Conclusion Installation temporary pacemaker is a simple operation, but the doctors can not be ignored for each process and the details, especially related to complications must be found early, early treatment.
