摘要
目的观察青鹏膏联合透明质酸钠对膝关节炎的临床治疗效果。方法我院门诊膝关节炎患者64例,单膝治疗。随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组关节腔内予透明质酸钠2ml,连用五次为一疗程,同时配合用青鹏膏外搽炎症区;对照组单用透明质酸钠2ml关节腔内注射,疗程与治疗组一致。然后依据髌骨研磨试验及X线检查评定治疗效果对比。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.8%,显著高于对照组的86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于膝关节炎患者,透明质酸钠关节腔内注射联合青鹏膏外用疗效明显高于单纯关节腔内予透明质酸钠注射。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Qing-peng ointment combined with sodium hy- aluronate on the treatment of gonarthritis. Methods 64 patients with a diagnosis of gonarthritis at the Outpa- tient Chnic of Sun-Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital were included in this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups with a single knee treatment. The treatment group were spread Qing-peng ointment with intra-ar- ticular injection of 2 ml sodium hyaluronate up to continuous 5 days for a course. The control group were treated with 2 ml sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection up to a same course. The clinical outcome were evaluated with Patella Grind test and X-ray. Results The clinical efficacies of treatment group and control group were 93.8% and 86%, respectively. There was a significant difference between these two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Qing-peng ointment combined with sodium hyaluronate was significantly higher than single intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in gonarthritis patients.
