摘要
介绍了电子车长测试平台中广泛采用人工控制测试气压方式精度差、效率低的问题。提出了采用模糊控制策略及CAN总线、RS232、RS485等多种通讯方式,应用上位机软件将系统集成,控制测试系统中气压的方法与实现,达到了提高测试精度、效率和稳定性的目的。
Some problems suchas weak accwhacy and low effectivenss are introduced by use of manual control for testing Automation Pressure Tester.The paper also provicles Fuzzy coutrol ctrategy and other ways like CAN bus,RS232 bus and RS485 bus and uses upper computer software to intergate system.The pressure means and achievement of control test system can control pressure automatically,and etticiently.
