摘要
实践技能竞赛是大学生综合素质培养的重要途径之一。近年来,湖南农业大学植物科学实验教学中心通过开展以植物生物多样性、植物生理生化实验、生物学实验和中国茶文化等为主题内容的大学生实践技能竞赛,探索综合素质人才培养模式,对深化实践教学改革,培养学生创新意识和团队合作精神,提升大学生实践能力和就业竞争力等方面具有重要借鉴作用。
Practical skills contest is an important way to train undergraduates~ comprehensive quality. In recent years, the practical skills contests of undergraduates with the theme of plant biodiversity, plant physiology and biochemistry experiment, biological experiment and Chinese tea culture are conducted in Plant Sciences Experi- mental Teaching Center of Hunan Agricultural University. The aims of these contests are to explore the train- ing mode of students comprehensive quality, deepen the reform of the practice teaching, and cultivate students~ innovation senses and teamwork spirits. It has an important reference value in enhancing students~ practical ability and employment competitiveness.
