摘要
通过对褐黄色合成金刚石样品进行常规宝石学、红外光谱、紫外—可见光分光光度计,拉曼光谱等测试,结果表明:金刚石结构中的氮作为金刚石中的一种主要杂质,是金刚石呈现颜色的重要原因,并可用能带理论来解释,结构中的氮在金刚石呈色机制研究上有重要的意义。文章重点研究褐黄色合成金刚石的颜色成因,指出金刚石的呈色机制是一个很复杂的问题,它与金刚石中的杂质成分、色心、缺陷均有关系。
In this paper,some yellow synthetic diamond samples have been collected and tested by infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.The diamonds are overviewed in several fields,which include the deposit,synthesis and gemology characteristics.In particular,the causes of synthetic diamond colors are investigated.The coloration of diamond is very complicated,which related to the impurities,color centers and defects in diamond.Base on the above studies,the following conclusions can be drawn.First,because nitrogen is the dominant impurity in most synthetic diamonds,structural nitrogen is the main cause of color in synthetic diamond and of great significance in the study of diamond coloration.Second,the fundamental theory can account for the coloration.
