摘要
在节能低碳发展的大形势下,数据中心作为云计算重要支撑技术设施,不断增长的能耗逐渐成为各国法规制订者日益关注的问题。通过国际上数据中心能效标准和法规制订情况的概要介绍,建议为了更好地推动节能技术的广泛共享和应用,全球数据中心能效标准和法规的制定者应当考虑技术标准的融合。
In the context of Energy Efficiency （EE） and Low Carbon development, the increasing energy consumption of Data Centers （ DC）, which are the technical infrastructure for Cloud Computing, has got much attention by the regulators. Through the overview of the international standardization and regulation on DC EE, it is proposed that the global DC EE regulators should try to make sure the harmonization of the technical requirements in order for a broader international sha- ring and application of the EE technologies.
