基于简化Sage-Husa自适应滤波算法的桥梁施工预拱度分析

摘要 连续梁桥施工控制的核心任务是对各种误差进行分析、识别和调整,并对结构未来状态作出预测。为了准确地预测下一未浇筑梁段的预拱度,采用简化的Sage-Husa自适应滤波算法建立预拱度预测模型,对德天铁路跨线大桥主桥施工预拱度进行分析,比较施工阶段各梁段箱梁底实测标高与理论预计标高,监控结果显示两者误差控制在15mm内。简化的Sage-Husa自适应滤波算法在连续梁桥施工控制中的应用是有效的,且易于工程实现,可推广应用于其他类型桥梁的施工控制中。 The core task of continuous beam bridge construction control is to analyze and adjust errors,and to predict the future state of the structure.To achieve objectives of construction control,a simplified Sage-Husa adaptive filter algorithm is used to establish pre-camber prediction model so as to analyze precamber of DeTian bridge which crosses a railway line.The monitor results show that the difference between the measured and theoretical altitude of the end of each box girder beam section is controlled in 15 millimeters.The application of simplified Sage-Husa adaptive filtering algorithm in continuous beam bridge construction control is effective and easy to be implemented.The method can also be extended to other types of bridge construction control.
