摘要
文化大发展大繁荣,人才是支撑和关键。以规章制度建设为主要内容的制度文化建设,对于激励人文社会科学人才的成长具有重要的意义。目前,支撑我国人文社会科学人才成长的制度建设存在的问题突出表现在学术规范建设、科研管理观念、人才激励体制和学科研究理念等方面。完善我国人文社会科学人才成长的制度环境,可以从构建科学的人才管理体制、加强学科规范性建设、重视应用性人文社会科学人才的开发和建立有效的人才激励机制等方面来促进人文社会科学人才成长的制度文化建设。
The development and prosperity of culture,talent is the key support.Construction of the system culture has important significance.At present,support of the humanities and social sciences talent development system to build the problem of existence outstanding performance in the construction of academic norm,scientific research management,talents excitation mechanism and the research idea etc.Perfecting China's humanities and social science talent development system environment from the construction of scientific talent management system,strengthening subject construction,pay attention to application of humanities and social science talents development,the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism and so on to promote humanistic social science talents construction of the system culture.
