摘要
幼儿园内涵发展中存在着各种问题。政府应加大对幼儿园硬件建设的投资、按标准选拔园长并配齐各类保教人员、认真落实幼儿教师"准出入制"并明确培训的课时和内容;园长要树立文化创建者、课程领导者、教师发展促进者和现代管理实践者的角色意识,共同促进幼儿园的内涵发展。
There exists various problems in the essential development of kindergarten.The government should increase the investment in physical facilities,select the principal and assign teaching staff according to the standard and earnestly implement the preschool teachers＇ ＂quasi access system＂and clear training hours and content.Besides,the principal should have a new role consciousness acting as cultural founder,curriculum leader,teacher development tromoter and modern management practitioners so as to jointly promote the essential development of the kindergarten.
