摘要
针对近几年来我国有的地方提出“拍卖荒山”、“拍卖山平塘”等问题 ,从分析荒山、拍卖、租赁等概念的内涵和本质区别着手 ,深刻阐述了我国荒山资源开发面临的形势和问题 ,进一步提出了“拍卖荒山”的举措值得商榷的理由 ,希望能与有关部门。
In recent years, barren hills were auctioned in some place. The author analyzed the connotation of the concepts:barren hill,auction,rent and the differences among them and described the situation and problems in wildland resources and their development.The author held that barren hill auction needs to be further discussed and considered carefully.
