摘要
目的总结妊娠合并心力衰竭行瓣膜置换术后的护理经验。方法分析和总结4例妊娠合并心力衰竭行瓣膜置换术后的护理经过。结果 4例妊娠合并心力衰竭行瓣膜置换术患者术后均治愈出院,胎儿均存活,均分娩出正常婴儿。结论严密观察病情变化和细心的护理对提高手术效果具有重要意义。
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing 4 pregnant women with heart failure treated with valve replacement.Method The nursing measures on the 4 pregnant women with heart failure treated with valve replacement were analyzed and summed up.Result All the 4 women with heart failure treated with valve replacement were cured,their fetuses surviving and delivered healthy.Conclusion The nursing care to the pregnant women is needed at a higher level.
