摘要
改革开放以来，我国农村经济得到了全面发展，然而农村的治安问题，尤其是偷盗问题却呈现出上升的势头，严重影响了我国农村地区的进一步发展，更为严重的后果是偷盗极大地挫伤了农民致富奔小康的积极性。本文以胡集村为例，从盗窃自身的各个方面深入剖析农村偷盗问题的危害、特点、原因，同时立足农村实际，阐述解决偷盗问题的对策。
Since reform and opening-up is carried out , rural economy has developed greatly , but areas of order issues, particularly theft problem is showing up quickly, and affecting the e- mic development of rural areas, so that farmers suffer great losses, and hurting the initiative ofrmers to prosperity. This is an example from the village of Hu sets from all aspects of society in-depth analysis of the hazards of rural theft problems, characteristics, causes, and based on rural re- alities, local conditions analyze measures to solve the theft problem.
