摘要
国内某钢厂CSP生产线生产2.0mm带钢时F3轧机出现异常振动。为查找振动原因,对其进行三维建模,并由此建立轧机整体有限元模型,通过节点耦合方式实现内部联接,得到轧机前15阶固有频率和振型。分析结果对轧机的设计与分析有一定的参考价值。
Abnormal alvibration appeared in the number 3 rolling mill when produced the 2.0 mm strip in a domestic steel plant. To find the vibrating source of the mill, now the topic will establish its three - dimensional model and acquire the overall finite element model, then get the ahead 15 steps natural frequencies and correspond- ing vibration models by connecting components with the method of coupled nodes. The analysis results provide some reference value for the design and research of the mill.
