摘要
通过对γ天文卫星COS-B观测数据的成像分析,我们在近银河中心区域找到一个新的γ射线源.图1为对50—150MeV能区γ射线的成像结果.图1中的“+”号为双星射电脉冲星PSR1820-11的位置,在γ射线成像误差范围内与γ强度峰的位置相符.
Significant pulsation structure in phase dis ribution of 50-6000 MeV gamma-rays from the direction of binary radio pulsar PSR1820-11 in the COS-B data was obtained by the folding algorithm. Besides periodic searches, a spatial analysis was performed and a clear point-like image at the pulsar's position for gamma-rays above 50 MeV was obtained.
