摘要
大亚湾核电站再热器系统疏水泵(GSS)容易出现振动偏高的现象,在处理这些设备故障的过程中,根据设备的结构特点,设备的管路特性,结合长期的操作实践经验,注重进行原因分析,寻找合适的解决办法,通过状态监测与诊断,开发专用器具、改变设备结构刚度等手段,使设备的振动问题得到较好的解决,同时为类似设备的振动问题处理提供借鉴。
There are frequent mechanical failures due to high vibration in the GSS pump in Daya Bay nuclear power plant.In the process of dealing with the failure of these equipment,according to the structural characteristics of the equipment and the pipeline characteristics,combining with long-term operation and maintenance experience,focusing on reasons analysis,the right solution is tried to find.By condition monitoring and diagnostics,developing special apparatus,changing the device structure stiffness,the vibration problem has been a better solution,and it provides a reference to the vibration problems handling of similar equipment.
