摘要
为了提高水布垭面板堆石坝基础防渗帷幕的抗渗能力和耐久性,进行了现场固结灌浆和帷幕灌浆试验以及耐久性和破坏性压水试验,分析了抬动变形、灌浆压力和灌浆流量与时间的关系。试验结果表明:灌浆试验采取的"均布固结灌浆孔+帷幕灌浆孔"的布孔形式具有明显的优越性,趾板基础帷幕灌浆最大压力达到1.5MPa;抬动变形与灌浆压力有直接关系,但与灌浆流量的关系更为密切,为有效减小抬动变形,需对灌浆流量进行控制;分级稳压也是抑制产生抬动变形的有效措施之一。
To enhance impermeability and durability of foundation anti-seepage curtain of Shuibuya face rockfill dam,field testing of consolidation grouting,curtain grouting,durability and destructing permeability were carried out to study the relationships between time and lifting deformation,grouting pressure,and grouting flow.The test results showed that grouting tests with uniform distributed consolidation grouting holes and curtain grouting holes got the best grouting effect,and the maximum grouting pressure increased to 1.5MPa;compared to grouting pressure,grouting flow was more related to lifting deformation;grouting flow should be controlled to decrease lifting deformation;increasing grouting pressure in stages is considered as one of the best method of repressing lifting deformation.
