通过分析水土流失的危害、水土保持的作用,阐明了水利以及水土保持在可持续发展中的必要性,并且通过铁岭市多年来与可持续发展相结合的工作实例,进一步论述水土保持在可持续发展中的重要作用。
By analyzing the threat of erosion of soil and the effect of wter and soil conservation, the necessity of hydraulic power and water and soild conservation in sustainable development was clarified. In addition, it further discussed the important role that water and soil conservation plays in sustainable development through examples of Tieling＇s practical work.
