摘要
目的避免或减少病区退药,保证患者用药安全。方法收集病区2007年7月至9月2213例退药申请单。结果将病区2213例退药事件进行综述。结论规范病区的退药管理工作,是我们医药护工作人员的当务之急。
Objective To avoid or reduce drug withdrawal in wards and ensure drug safety of patients. Methods Collecting 2213 Drug withdrawal application forms in wards from July to September in 2007. Results 2213 withdrawal drug events of wards were reviewed. Conclusion Regulation the management of ward drug withdrawal is urgent work of our medical staff.
