摘要
为了实现对视频图像的实时处理,本设计采用Xilinx公司的SX25型号FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array,现场可编程门阵列)作为视频图像处理芯片,DDR SDRAM作为片外存储器。经过仿真实验,FPGA作为DDR SDRAM的控制器,实现了对存储器数据的实时调用。
In the design, FPGA （Xilinx, SX25） was used as an image processing chip, and DDR SDRAM was a board memory. The purpose was making an in-timing image processing. FPGA controlled the DDR SDRAM for in-timing data use. The simulation con- firmed it.
