Research on New Spin-out Company Formation Based on the Perspective of Employment Contract

摘要 基于创业机会属性和雇佣合约的视角,分析了员工离职创业的原因;指出给定创业机会的属性时,既有企业的员工做出离职创业的抉择,是既有企业制定的雇佣合约工资和员工理性选择共同作用的结果。 This paper analyzes the reasons for employees turn over to create new ventures based on the perspective of entre- preneurial opportunities nature and employment contract. Result shows that this phenomenon is the result of interactive effects by employment contracts and employee rational choice.
