摘要
目的 研究如何预防耻骨上前列腺摘除术后排尿困难的发生。方法 回顾性分析 9例耻骨上前列腺摘除术后发生排尿困难病例的临床资料。结果 9例耻骨上前列腺摘除术病例中 ,尿道内口狭窄、尿道内口瘢痕挛缩和腺体残留各 2例 ;前尿道狭窄 1例 ;膀胱收缩功能减退 2例。结论 耻骨上前列腺摘除术后排尿困难是可以通过充分的术前准备、手术方法的改进、技巧的提高达到预防的目的。
Objectives To investigate how to prevent the dysuria after suprapubic prostatectomy.Methods Clinical data of postoperative dysuria in 9 cases after suprapubic prostatectomy were analysed retrospectively.Results Among these 9 cases who have accepted suprapubic prostatectomy,orificium urethral internum stricture and cicatricial contraction and adenomatous remnant were occurred in 2 patients respectively;anterior urethral stricture was occurred in 1 patient;and another 2 have decrement of bladder contractility.Conclusions The dysuria after suprapubic prostatectomy could be prevented by fully preoperative preparation,surgical technique improvement and advancing the skill.
