摘要
分别采用自制的阳离子剂WLS及WLS-20浸轧改性棉织物,评价不同结构的阳离子助剂改性棉织物活性染料轧染无盐低碱染色效果,并与未改性棉织物轧染有盐高碱染色效果进行比较.结果表明,WLS和WLS-20改性棉织物的染色性均显著提高,均能获得比未改性织物有盐染色更高的K/S值和固色效率,二者皆能实现活性染料无盐低碱染色,但是相比之下,WLS-20助剂是一种较WLS助剂更好的活性染料无盐染色助剂,能获得更好的染色效果.
Cotton fabric was modified respectively by self-made cationic agent WLS and cationic chicken feather keratin agent WLS-20. Then the dyeing properties of the cotton fabric dyed with reactive dyes were estimated. The dyeing properties of modified fabric without electrolyte and unmodified fabric with high salt and alkaline were compared. The result indicated that the salt-free and low alkaline process dyeing modified cotton fabric exhibited higher K/S value and fixed efficiency than traditional dyeing process. They can realize the salt-free and low alkaline dyeing process. At the same time, WLS-20 mod- ified cotton fabric exhibited better dyeing properties than WLS modified cotton fabric. WLS-20 was a better salt-free and low alkaline agent.
