摘要
建立大学生村官工作考核指标体系，可及时纠正工作偏差、调整工作措施，推进科学化和决策民主化。文章分析设计了指标体系的构建原则、流程和多维逻辑框架，构建了包含6个一级指标、12个二级指标、36个三级指标的大学生村官工作考核指标体系，并对指标权重进行了调查统计，提出了指标运用的注意事项，希望能对各区域大学生村官工作实施情况和效果的考核评估工作有所助益。
It can timely correct work deviation, adjust measures and promote scientific and democratic decision-making to establish evaluation system of college students working as village officials. This paper analyzes the construction principles, processes and multidimensional logic framework of evaluation system, which contains six first level indexes, 12 2nd level indexes and 36 3rd level indexes. By investigating the index proportion statistics, the article puts forward the precautions, which can be benefit for the evaluation of the college students working as village officers.
