摘要
近些年随着经济的快速发展,用水量不断攀升,使得水资源供需矛盾日益明显,水资源短缺已经成为制约城市发展的关键性因素。天津市作为环渤海地区经济发展中心,保障其城市供水安全显得尤为重要。但是,受到气候和下垫面改变以及水资源不合理开采等影响,使得保障天津市和唐山市供水安全的引滦工程关键性水库潘家口水库入库水量逐年递减,因此为保障城市供水安全,对潘家口水库水资源状况进行复核分析。
With the rapid development of economy in recent years, water consumption is rising and the contradiction be- tween supply and demand of water resources has become increasingly evident. The water shortage has become a key factor in restricting urban development. As the economic development center around Bohai Bay, the urban water supply security of Tianjin is particularly important. However, unreasonable exploitation, changes in climate and underlying surface make Panjiakou reservior inflow decreasing year by year which is the key reservior in Luanhe Rivr Diversion Project providing water supply security for Tianjin and Tangshan. To ensure the safety of urban water supply, we recheck the water resources of Panjikou reservior.
