摘要
发展海洋战略性新兴产业是广东省重要的经济策略,只有科学规划,妥善处理各种关系,从政府推动、科技创新、产业链条完善、财税金融支持、人才战略等方面采取对策,才能进一步发展海洋战略性新兴产业,实现建设海洋经济强省的战略目标。
The development of marine strategic emerging industry is an important economic strategy in Guangdong. It can be achieved by government promotion, technological innovation, perfection of industrial chain, fiscal and financial support and human resource strategy etc.
