Culture is a soft power to promote the development of society as well as the pushing power to accelerate the process of revolutionary process.The Communist Party of China is the active advocator of Chinese advanced culture.In the long-term revolutionary struggle,it vigorously carries out cultural construction in the base areas,develops the advanced revolutionary culture to enlighten the masses of class consciousness and pushs revolution development process.
