摘要
为探讨脉动直流电压下油中电晕老化过程中空间电荷对油纸绝缘的影响,设计了油中电晕放电模型,在脉动直流电场下进行油纸绝缘电晕老化试验,采用电声脉冲(PEA)法测试不同电晕老化程度下绝缘纸的空间电荷特性,并分析了空间电荷特性随着电晕老化程度加深的变化规律。试验和分析结果表明:在脉动直流下的油中电晕老化初期,以负电荷注入油纸试品为主导;随着电晕老化程度的加深,油纸试品中的电荷复合加剧,并逐渐以正电荷注入为主导;此外,电晕老化后试品的空间电荷消散速率比未老化试品大幅增加,该现象对其直流条件下反极性效应的研究有重要的理论和工程意义。
To analyze the influence of corona in oil at DC pulsating voltage on space charge properties of oil-paper insulation during the insulation aging process,we designed a model of the corona discharge in oil,tested a corona aging under pulsating DC electric field and the space charge properties of insulation paper during the process of the paper's corona aging by using the pulsed electro-acoustic(PEA) method,and preliminarily analyzed the law of change of the space charge properties according to the corona aging degree increase.The results showed that the oil-paper insulation was dominated by negative charge injection when corona aging was in a small extent;with the increase of the extent of corona aging,the charge recombination was increased,and the insulation paper was dominated by positive charge injection gradually.It is concluded that the dissipation of space charge in the bulk after corona aging is faster than that without aging.
