摘要
目的:了解社区心房颤动患者对疾病认知情况和健康教育需求。方法:采用自制调查问卷对房颤患者的疾病认知情况和健康教育需求进行调查。结果:共调查3个城市社区220名心房颤动患者。56%患者不知道自己患有房颤,72%患者认为房颤不需或不急于治疗,84.5%患者对房颤与卒中持有错误观念,96.5%患者希望从医生处获取更多疾病知识。患者对疾病认知水平低,极大多数患者有健康教育需求。结论:社区房颤认知情况及健康教育存在严重不足,需采取各种措施积极应对。
Objective：To investigate the understanding,perception,and attitudes of community patients towards atrial fibrillation and patients education.Method：The survey adopted the questionanarie designed to obtain the level of patients＇ understanding of the atrial fibrillation.Result：220 patients from three different communities were investigated.The patients surveyed,56% didn＇t know their disease,72% didn＇t think atrial fibrillation need for treatment,84.5% got misconception between atrial fibrillation and stroke,however,96.5% claim the need for disease education.Therefore,the level of patients＇ understanding of atrial fibrillation was low and patient education was needed.Conclusion：At present,the patients＇ understanding of atrial fibrillation and patient education is insufficient.Various measures are needed to cope with the problem.
