摘要
作为一种刑事强制措施 ,取保候审是公安机关同犯罪作斗争的必不可少的有效手段。能否正确运用这项措施直接关系到维护社会主义法制 ,保护公民的合法权利不受侵犯等问题。但当前公安机关在运用取保候审措施时还存在许多问题 。
As a coercive measure, recognizance is frequently employed by public security organs to fight against criminals. The proper employment of this measure is directly related to the maintenance of socialist legality, to the protection of people's lawful rights and interests against infringement. But in the conducting of recognizance there still exist many problems to which several solutions are put forward in this article.
