摘要
生态环境与经济发展的关系是一组矛盾的统一体 ,生态环境是经济发展的基础 ,经济发展才能有足够的资金投入环境治理。中央在以生态环境的保护和建设为重要内容的西部大开发战略中 ,要求我们不能再走传统的浪费资源 ,破坏环境的路子。为此 ,在实施西部大开发战略中 ,认识和研究生态环境与经济发展的关系就显得十分必要。本文从短期与长期两个层次分析相互关系。
The relationship between eco-environment conservation and economic development is the two sites of a contradiction. Eco-environment is the base for economic development but it needs large investment that has to depend on economic development. In the west development campaign with eco-environment conservation as the main component, central government required us to avoid the traditional route that trade development with wasting the natural resource and degrading the environment. Thus, it is crucial to realize the relationship between eco-environment and economic development while the west development campaign is being carried out. The relationship between long term and shert term deuelopments is analyzed in the paper.
