心理账户理论与员工创新行为激励分析

摘要 员工创新行为是影响企业发展的重要内容。本文在对心理账户理论进行介绍的基础上,分析了影响员工创新行为动机因素,认为应运用心理账户理论,并采取相应的管理措施,强化员工的创新动机,激励员工的创新行为。
