摘要
采用问卷调查法对北京市21所特殊学校710名特殊教育在职教师进行了调查。结果发现:首都特殊教育教师队伍以中青年教师为主;性别比例失衡;教师学历层次有所提高,但在特殊教育专业知识方面稍有欠缺;教师有积极的专业态度,但对专业知识和专业技能的掌握处于中等水平;教师接受职后培训的机会较多,但培训内容与教师关注内容有一定程度的脱节。针对调查结果,结合北京市特教师资培训经验,论文从政策制定、标准规范、培训机制、保障机制等方面提出了改善建议。
This study, by using questionnaires, aims to probe into 710 in-service teachers from 21 special education schools in Beijing. The results show the following: there is gender imbalance in the special education teachers, most of whom are middle-aged and young teachers; the special education teachers show a higher level of educational background, but slightly lack professional knowledge; they have a positive attitude towards their profession, but merely show a medium level of professional knowledge and skills; they have many opportunities to receive in-service training, but the content of training has, to some extent, no connection with what they are concemed about. In conclusion, the authors, based on the research results and the experience of Beijing in the training of special education teachers, give suggestions on policy formulation, the establishment of standards, the mechanism of teacher training, and the mechanism of guaranty.
