摘要
目的:研究纳米Al2O3复合PMMA树脂基托的力学性能并探讨其影响机理。方法:将经硅烷偶联剂KH570处理的纳米Al2O3分别以0%、1%、2%、3%、4%、5%、6%的质量比添加到PMMA中,进行微波热处理,并按照相关检测标准制成试件,测其拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量,分析添加量的不同对基托力学性能的影响。结果:纳米Al2O3/PMMA的力学性能与0%的对照组相比(P<0.05),有统计学意义,拉伸强度,弯曲强度和弯曲模量均呈现先增高后降低趋势。结论:纳米Al2O3的含量对PMMA复合材料的弯曲强度,弯曲模量,拉伸强度有影响,添加量为3%时,PMMA复合材料的力学性能达到最佳。
Objective: To evaluate the effect on mechanical properties of PMMA composite reforced with Nano-Al2O3 Powder and investigate the relative mechanism.Methods: The Nano-Al2O3 Powder were surface-treated by silane coupling agent KH-570 mixed with PMMA at 0%,1%,2%,3 %,4%,5%,6%respectively(ratio),while heat treated by microwave.According to the relevant testing standards to measure the tensile strength,flexure strength and flexure modulus of specimens,and analyse their mechanical properties.Results: Nano-Al2O3 Powder/PMMA composite material had statistical significance compared with the 0% group(P0.05).The tensile strength,flexure strength and flexure modulus increase to maximum but then decrease.Conclusion: The tensile strength,flexure strength and flexure modulus of PMMA are affected by ratio of Nano-Al2O3 Powder,while the PMMA complex reforced with 3% is best.
