摘要
区域电网直流输电工程抗干扰能力尤为弱小,强大的有功冲击会使电压和频率恶性下降,并可能导致系统崩溃。针对某港区供电系统运行现状,介绍了冲击性负荷对小型区域电网的影响,并对有功冲击负荷进行测试分析,结合数字调频仿真研究,建立了区域电网系统下动态有功控制机理模型,详细论述了控制系统关键技术。实践证明,系统运行安全、可靠,保证了正常生产。
As the anti-jamming capability of a regional power grid of DC transmission project is particularly weak, a strong impact load in the power system may cause drops in voltage and frequency, even a collapse of the system. Based on the operating status of a harbour' s power supply system, this paper introduced the effect of the impact load on a regional power grid, and analyzed the impact load testing results. In combination with the digital frequency modulation simulation, a model of the power impact load dynamic control system for a regional power grid was built. This paper also discussed the key technologies of the control system in detail. The practical operation has proved that the system operation was safe and reliable, which ensured smooth production.
