烧结烟气脱硫系统湿烟气排放的环境问题探讨 被引量:8

摘要 某钢铁企业大型烧结烟气湿法脱硫系统采用湿烟气排放,在国内烧结脱硫领域尚属首例。对该脱硫系统湿烟气排放的扩散情况、烟羽长度等进行了计算,并对相关排放污染物的最大落地浓度及其出现距离等环境问题进行初步分析和探讨。计算结果表明,该脱硫系统当前湿烟气排放烟羽抬升高度为78~144 m,冬季明显高于夏季;烟羽扩散长度为50~220 m,随环境温度、相对湿度、风速等因素改变而改变;净化湿烟气中SO2、NOx和粉尘等污染物排放浓度均满足国家环境标准要求。 Wet flue gas emission is adopted in the sintering FGD system of an iron and steel company for the first time in China. This paper discusses the diffusion of the emitted wet flue gas of the sintering FGD system, calculates the length of the smoke plume, and analyzes the effects of the pollutants in the outlet flue gas on the environment in terms of the maximum ground concentration and its distance. The results show that the rising height of the wet flue gas is about 78 - 144 m, higher in winter than in summer; the diffusion length of the smoke plume is about 50 -220 m, and changes with the temperature, relative humidity, wind velocity and so on; the emission concentrations of S02, NOxand dust in the outlet flue gas are lower than the values stipulated in the state environmental standard of China.
