摘要
Al-1Mg-0.8Si-xCu铝合金是汽车轻量化首选材料之一。采用光学显微镜、DTA分析、X射线衍射等分析检测手段,研究了Al-1Mg-0.8Si-xCu这一新型铝合金的均匀化工艺。结果表明,Cu元素含量为0.5%的Al-1Mg-0.8Si-xCu合金理想均匀化工艺为450℃×4 h+550℃×12 h,该工艺适用于Cu元素含量不大于1.05%的合金。
Al - 1Mg - 0.8Si - xCu alloys are considered one of the optimum materials for lightweight automobiles. The homogenization processes for Al - 1Mg - 0. 8Si - xCu alloys were studied by means of differential thermal analysis ( DTA), X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) and optical microscopy (OM). The results show that for the Al -1Mg -0.8Si -xCu alloy with a Cu content of 0.5%, the best homogenization process is to heat treat the alloy at 450℃ for 4 h and then at 550% for 12 h. This process is suitable for Al -1Mg-0.8Si -xCu alloys with Cu content no higher than 1.05%.
