摘要
简要归纳了国内目前焦炭硫分预测方法,指出了不足。通过32个单种煤硫分形态与焦炭硫分关系研究,分析了硫分形态对焦炭硫分的影响;通过分析炼焦过程炼焦煤硫分变化,提出传统室式炼焦过程脱硫反应和固硫反应并存,煤气中H2具有脱硫功能,灰中CaO和MgO是固硫剂;60个样品试验数据的回归分析结果表明,煤的全硫和灰中(CaO+MgO)含量是影响焦炭硫分的主要因素。
This paper summarized the current coke sulfur content prediction methods in China and pointed out their deficiencies. Based on the study on the relationship between the sulfur form in 32 kinds of single coals and the sulfur content in the corresponding cokes, the influence of the sulfur form in coals on the sulfur content in cokes was analyzed. By analyzing the sulfur conversion rate of coals during the eoking process, this paper put forward that the desulfurization reaction and sulfurization reaction are coexistent in the traditional chamber coking process, in which the H2 in raw gas has the function of desulfurization while the CaO and MgO in ash are adverse as they can change the sulfur from a gaseous state to a solid state. Regression analysis on the test data of 60 samples showed that the total sulfur in coals and the CaO + MgO content in ash are the main factors infuencing the sulfur content in cokes.
