摘要
目的:观察预成冠改良修复在临床的应用效果。方法:用3M预成冠修复乳磨牙大面积缺损,对戴冠后牙间隙较宽和冠易磨穿的病例采用间接法对预成冠进行加焊处理,弥补牙间隙过宽和冠易磨穿的不足。结果:通过邻面加焊的冠能有效关闭邻面牙间隙;冠内加焊可增强冠的耐磨性。结论:乳牙预成冠在乳牙大面积缺损的修复,减少了充填材料的脱落。邻面加焊可弥补因冠号不匹配造成的牙间隙,恢复邻接关系。冠内加焊可解决冠易磨穿问题,临床应用效果好。
AIM： To observe the clinical effects of preformed crowns. METHODS： 3M preformed crowns were used to restore massive defects in primary molars. For individuals who still had wide inter-teeth spaces, supplementary welding of the crown was used to fill up the space. RESULTS ： Crown welding of the proximal area effectively closed the wide gap between teeth. Intra-crwon welding increased the wear resistance of the crown. CONCLUSION ： Preformed crown, can be effectively used for large defects of decidious teeth.
